Gábor-bor

Az új hordóban történt érlelés rámutat a Chardonnay nyújtotta különleges lehetõségekre. Élénk szalmasárga szín jellemzi, szarvasgomba illattal, melyet kellemesen egészít ki a kiszélesedõ vanilia íz és selymes hosszú utóhatás. A bor 225 literes új barrique hordókban 18 hónapig érlelõdött, átesett az almasav-bontáson. Töb évig is eltartható, érlelhetõ.


Die Reifung in den neuen Fässern weist auf die besonderen Möglichkeiten der Chardonnay hin. Typisch für diesen Wein ist seine lebhafte, stroh-gelbe Farbe, der trüffelige Duft, der von dem Vanillen-geschmack und dessen langanhaltendem, seidigem Nachgeschmack ergänzt wird. Der Wein reifte 18 Moinate in 225 Liter Barrique- Fässern, und wurde einem biologischen Säurenabbau unterzogen. Der Wein kann noch mehrere Jahre lang gelagert und gereift werden.

The aging of the wine in new barrique barrels shows the special potential of the variety. Vivid straw yellow in colour, with the fragrance of truffle pleasingly complemented by a widening vanilla flavour and a silky lingering finish. The wine was aged in 225 liter barrique barrels for 18 months, and it went through the malolactic fermentation. It can be aged in the bottle for several years.
